"Service took way too long"
I waited so long for my order, and no one really checked in or gave me a straight update. It didn’t even seem that busy, so having to keep wondering what was going on got frustrating.
The food was fine once it finally showed up, but by then I was already over it. I don’t like feeling like I have to keep asking or explaining that I’m still waiting, so it wasn’t worth it for me.

I ordered through thecrazycrab.com and just had a simple question about my order, nothing complicated. The response I got felt really short and unfriendly, almost like I was annoying them just by asking.
I tried to explain what I meant again, thinking maybe there was just some confusion, but it was more of the same. Quick one-line replies, no real effort to help, and it just made the whole thing feel uncomfortable.
It’s not even about the food or the website at that point. I can overlook a lot if someone is decent about it, but the attitude really turned me off. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
"The wait was honestly too much"
We ended up waiting for ages, and it really took the shine off the whole visit. I understand places get busy, that happens, but it’s not really fair to leave people standing around with no clear update and no sense that anyone actually cares.
By the time we finally got sorted, I was already frustrated and couldn’t properly enjoy it. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back, because the wait just didn’t feel worth it.

"Didn’t feel clean, and things weren’t very clear"
I went in hoping to have a decent meal, but the place didn’t feel very clean from the start. The tables were sticky, there were bits of food on the floor, and the bathroom was rough. I also wasn’t totally sure where to order or wait, so clearer instructions or signage would’ve helped. Maybe they were just having an off day, but it made it hard to enjoy the food and I probably wouldn’t go back.
"Not worth the money at all"
The food was okay, but the prices were way too high for what you actually get. We had planned to make a nice night out of it, but the tiny portions and the bill pretty much ruined the whole mood. Left feeling hungry and ripped off.

"I was really looking forward to the crab..."
I was really looking forward to the crab, but the seasoning kind of took over everything. It tasted mostly like salt and an old spice mix, like whoever made it maybe went a little overboard and didn’t really check the flavor. I could barely enjoy the crab itself.

"Way too loud to actually relax"
I mean, the food was fine, but the whole vibe just wasn’t for me. It was really loud, super crowded, and kind of all over the place. I felt like I had to keep raising my voice just to have a normal conversation. I was hoping for a chill, relaxing dinner, but yeah, it ended up feeling more stressful than anything

I ordered from thecrazycrab.com i regret not checking reviews before placing my order. The food just didn’t taste fresh at all. The crab had a weird off taste, and the sides seemed like they’d been sitting around for a while. I tried to give it a chance, but I couldn’t even finish it. Disappointing experience overall.

"Wrong sides again"
I don’t know why this keeps happening to me, but my order was missing items again. I was really looking forward to just having a simple meal without dealing with another issue, and of course something was left out. It’s frustrating because I paid for everything and still ended up short. Not cool.
"Seafood just didn’t hit the mark"
The seafood didn’t taste fresh to me. The crab was kind of watery, and the whole meal just felt a little off. I don’t think I’d order it again.
